DEPOSIT AND FINAL PAYMENT:
Please submit the Pre-Registration Form (below), and you will be emailed an Invoice requesting the required $250 deposit. You can then pay online via Paypal or mail us a check/money order. When your deposit is received, you will receive confirmation that your space is reserved (30 people maximum).
Final payment is due June 1, 2018. In May you will be emailed a second Invoice with your Balance Due. You can then pay online via Paypal or mail a check/money order.
If you cancel before June 1, you will be reimbursed your deposit amount minus a $50 cancellation fee. If you cancel on June 1 or later, your deposit is not refundable.
If we cancel the Workshop, you’ll receive a full refund. [We are not responsible for your travel cancellation fees in the event the Workshop is canceled.]
REGISTRATION FEES PER PERSON based on type of lodging:
Female-identified dorm with bunk-beds and 2 shared bathrooms: $550
Yurt with bunk-beds and shared bath house (2 sections): $535
Tent site with shared bath house (2 sections): $500
Camper/van site (no utilities) with shared bath house (2 sections): $500
